How do I use my gift card?	First, sign the signature panel and the back of the card. We also suggest that you write down the gift card number and the customer service number from the back of the card on a separate piece of paper in case the card is lost/stolen. You can then use your card the same as you would use a credit card provided there is sufficient funds loaded on the card to cover the full amount of your purchase. Present it to the clerk when making purchase, and sign the form or receipt. If the merchant requests, instruct the merchant to select CREDIT on the terminal.
Where and when can I use my gift card?	You can use your MasterCard gift card anywhere that MasterCard prepaid (debit) cards are accepted. You can use your gift card right away, and we encourage you to use your gift card soon due to the monthly fee after 6 months.
Can I access cash from my gift card?	No, you can not access cash at any time. You can call customer service to have a check issued to you free of charge.
How do I activate my gift card?	Activation is not required. Card can be used immediately.
Does my gift card expire?	Yes, your gift card will expire when the remaining value is $0 or you have exceeded the date on the front of your card.
Can value be added onto my gift card after it is purchased?	No, the gift card is disposable. It can not be reloaded or renewed. When the value has been used, you must destroy the card.
Is there a limit on the amount I can “load” on my gift card?	Yes, the minimum load is $10.00 and the maximum is $10,000
How do I report my card lost/stolen?	Immediately call customer service at 1-877-283-1860.
