Card Department –VISA debit cards and ATM cards

1. How long does it take to post an ATM deposit?
Normally, it takes two to three business days. However it can take longer.

2. Are there any non-MariSol ATM locations where I can use my card and not pay a surcharge?
Yes, most credit unions will not charge you for an ATM transaction. You can also call our customer service line to have a list of ATM’s you can use free of charge mailed to you.

3. How do I change my ATM card PIN?
By bringing your ATM or Check card and picture ID to the credit union, you can change your PIN to any four-digit number. This service is free of charge. You can also call the credit union and we can send you a new PIN in the mail. There is a charge of $2.00 if we mail out your new PIN.

4. When will I receive my renewal ATM card?
Our ATM cards never expire, so you will never receive a renewal ATM card. Visa Check Cards do expire every two years. If you do not receive your renewal Check card please call the credit union.

5. Is there a limit on how much money I can withdraw daily using my card?
Yes, there is a $500.00 limit on ATM withdrawals for every 24-hour period.

6. Who do I call if my card is lost or stolen?
During regular business hours, you will need to call the credit union to report the missing card. This is for either an ATM card or a Visa Check card. If it is after business hours and you have a Visa check card you will need to call the after hours line. This number is (800) 554-8969.

7. My card is worn out or demagnetized, how do I get a replacement?
Contact our Card Department to have a new card issued to you. The fee for a new card is $10.00
