1. How can I find a Shared Branch location?

You can locate a Shared Branch location by the following means;

2. What kind of transactions can I do at a shared branch location?

  • Deposits and withdrawals
  • Transfers between your MariSol accounts
  • Loan payments and advances
  • Account history printing

 * Please note that your credit union may place restrictions on some of your accounts. Please contact your credit union for further details.

3. Can I make a loan payment if my loan is late?

As long as the past due loan payment does not exceed 30 days.

4. If I deposit a check, will there be a hold on my check?

  • Government Checks
  • Federal Reserve on Federal Home Loan Bank Checks
  • Official Checks (Cashier, Branch Checks)
  • Traver's Checks/Money Orders
  • Payroll Checks = the word "payroll" must appear on the item or the member must provide the paycheck stub.

5. How much cash can I get in a day?

The shared branch cash limit is $500. Why? Every credit union needs to make that they can meet the needs of their members as well as any shared branch members.
