Our mission is to deliver high quality member services that meet the financial needs of our members while maintaining a strong financial condition. As a financial cooperative, we leverage our members' resources to directly benefit them and the communities in which they live. MariSol Federal Credit Union is committed to financial inclusion and empowerment by expanding access to affordable and equitable financial services for all.

1. MFCU is made up of honest people and we seek members who are honest people.
2. MFCU exists solely to take care of the financial needs of our members. Member needs will be the first consideration in everything we do.
3. Senior management and the board view the credit union's employees as family. We take care of our members, and we take care of our employees. We are loyal to and protective of our employees. In turn, we expect them to be loyal and protective of this credit union.
4. The money borrowed from this credit union is money we borrowed from each other. All members share all gains and losses.
