Why? Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

 

What? That types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or serviceyou have with us. This information can include:

How does MariSol protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

MariSol restricts access to non public information about you to only those who need the information to provide services or products.

How does MariSol collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • open an account or deposit money
  • pay your bills or apply for a loan
  • use your debit or credit card

We also collect your personal information from other companies.

Why can't I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only

  • sharing of affiliates' everyday business purposes - information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • TruStage Insurance Agency, LLC (issued by CMFG Life Insurance Company), Centennial Lending, LLC, Trellis, Econocheck Corporation, State National Companies, Inc., and LPL Financial, LLC
Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • MariSol does not jointly market

 

Other important information
MariSol does not sell any member information to a non affiliated third party.
